LA Lady Posted April 2, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 2, 2009 Leaving in 10 days, and still undecided! I don't do dresses, so I'm just thinking a fancy pant suit. Do the photographers set up every night, or just on elegant nights? I can't remember from our Fantasy cruise last summer.
mousey Posted April 2, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 2, 2009 On our last three cruises I have seen photographers taking pictures almost everynight. Most people dress up the most for the lst elegant night and a little more casual for the second one.
Sea Born Posted April 2, 2009 #3 Share Posted April 2, 2009 L A Lady - Pantsuits are fine. The photographers are usually set up both nights and maybe even others too, not sure about that. Sue
cb at sea Posted April 2, 2009 #4 Share Posted April 2, 2009 They will take about a zillion pictures all throughout the cruise---there's no need to "dress" for every one, or even buy all of them!
Curt Jerome Wild Posted April 2, 2009 #5 Share Posted April 2, 2009 Leaving in 10 days, and still undecided! I don't do dresses, so I'm just thinking a fancy pant suit. Do the photographers set up every night, or just on elegant nights? I can't remember from our Fantasy cruise last summer. They set up every night on Carnival. They just have more "casual" settings for the other nights, and more "formal" settings for the Elegant nights. I also find that more people by far, line up for the Elegant Night pictures. I think it pays to just run around to as many photographers as you can, and get pictures at all the different stations each night. Then your odds of getting outstanding pictures are increased tenfold. Especially the more people you have, the more odds it takes to get everyone in a great moment. Then just buy the best of the best ones. Enjoy!
