Doubletree or Sheraton OSJ?

Has anyone personally stayed at the DOubletree? I read reviews on TripAdvisor, and they were mostly all good. I have a room booked at the Sheraton and one at the Doubletree, so trying to figure out which one to cancel. I want to be closer to the airport and the PanAmerican terminal where our ship will be docked. I also read that there is a bus that goes into OSJ for $.75 each way, so taking that or a cab would not be too much of an issue if we want to go into town.

If you want to be able to see Old San Juan for the day I would recommend the Sheraton. We have stayed there before when cruising out of San Juan and have had good experiences. It is very close to great restaurants, the Old Fort which I highly recommend, as well as other historic sights.:)
