Shipping luggage from Cunard to Seabourn

In October we are taking the QM2 from NY to Southampton. Later in the month we are taking the Seabourn Odyssey from Malaga to Ft Lauderdale. In between, we will be on a barge cruise in France and travelling in Spain. We would like to ship a suitcase with our formal clothes directly from the QM2 to the Seabourn Odyssey. Does the fact that both ships are under the Carnival umbrella make this an easy transaction? Has anyone had a similar experience?
