Venice Connected transport pass

I've booked 24h transportation in Venice (alone with the museum pass) on Venice Connected. Does anyone knows whether it's true 24h?

 

We're arriving in Venice on May 29th and our ship depart the next day at 1pm. So I was hoping to start using it on 29th and 30th in the morning but the voucher says "to use on May 29". I hope that applies to when we should activate it

 

Can anyone clarify?

A recent report in Tripadvisor indicated that it was true to hours (24, 36, 48, 72, etc.) from when he picked up his passes. The person told him it would be from when he first used it, but he said it appeared to be from when he picked them up. We'll know for sure in a few weeks and will report back on how it all works out.
