SkiRacer Posted April 8, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 8, 2009 We will be stopping at Puntarenas and I want to go on the Pacific Aerial Tram but I have a nonwalking below the knee. If anyone has been on this tour do you think I will be able to go on this tour? Joan Sea Princess May 9, 2009
ericosmith Posted April 9, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 9, 2009 I don't see any reason why not. The tram cars are semi enclosed and have seats in them. If you want to check with the company try this link. http://www.rainforestrams.com/contactus.html They even have a US toll free number.
SkiRacer Posted April 23, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted April 23, 2009 Thanks for the rainforest website. I called them and they said their park and trails are wheelchair accessible. Joan
petsmart Posted May 14, 2009 #4 Share Posted May 14, 2009 I am also stopping at Puntarenas in November. Does anyone knows whether there is public transportation that would take us to the Pacific Aerial Tram or do we need to hire a taxi? I know it is kind far from the port. Thanks Susan
