NCL - Cadiz Bike Tour?

Has anyone here done this tour offered by NCL in Cadiz? If so, how was it? Five hours - any beverage stops during the ride, or just at the end? Time to take any pictures? How many were on your group?

Start with a guided coach transfer to Vejer de la Frontera where bicycles are waiting for you. After a short safety briefing and after all participants have been assigned their mountain bike and helmet, the tour begins passing through the Natural Park of La Brena, a beautiful and protected pine tree forest. On a clear day, enjoy breathtaking views of the Straits of Gibraltar and the coast of Morocco. Then, pass the nearby village of Zahora. Your tour finishes at the beach of El Palmar where you may have refreshments or coffee at a local restaurant. Note: Participants must know how to handle a mountain bike, be in good physical condition and weigh less than 240 lbs. There is approximately 1/3-mile of walking on hilly terrain with cobblestones. The bicycle ride is two hours in duration and is downhill cycling from 12 miles (20 km) at the highest elevation to 984 feet (300 meters) at the lowest.
