glenda g Posted December 2, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 2, 2004 This will be our first Radisson Cruise,we have been on Silver Seas, will they have my Pepsi in my room if I request it,or do I need to bring it myself?
colleenmf Posted December 2, 2004 #2 Share Posted December 2, 2004 When you fill out your profile just request it. I think Radisson can handle Pepsi.
JanMD Posted December 3, 2004 #3 Share Posted December 3, 2004 To be honest, leaving in 2 weeks, and they only carry coke products. Have wanted pepsi, never have gotten it.
JoAnne B Posted December 3, 2004 #4 Share Posted December 3, 2004 I only saw Coke products on my recent cruise. So you may want to bring a few cans if Pepsi is really important to you. At least there are no beverage police on RSSC!
spleen93 Posted December 3, 2004 #5 Share Posted December 3, 2004 I was just on the Mariner - I requested Pepsi One on my form. Didn't get it but they kept the fridge supplied with Pepsi and Diet Pepsi. And previously, on the Navigator - they initially told me that Diet Pepsi wasn't available but the next day, there were 2 cans of Diet Pepsi sitting in the fridge. FWIW. p010ne Posted December 3, 2004 #8 Share Posted December 3, 2004  Don't know about Pibb or Tab availability; however, we recently completed a river cruise in Germany where there was a passenger from Tulsa who was suffering withdrawal symptoms when Dr Pepper was not available! (You do call it "pop" and not "soda" don't you?:D )
joannapvb Posted December 4, 2004 #9 Share Posted December 4, 2004 Yes they still make TAB - I think I am addicted to it!! I can find it easily where I live but notice difficult to find in some places -
Kathy Z Posted December 4, 2004 #10 Share Posted December 4, 2004 I honestly can't remember whether I was drinking Coke or Pepsi on our two Radisson cruises. I prefer Pepsi but can get along with Coke. BTW, I grew up (north of Philadelphia) calling soft drinks soda but had to learn to call it pop when I married and moved to Michigan. They had no idea what I wanted when I asked for soda here. My poor mother-in-law thought I was asking her for an ice cream soda when she asked what I would like to drink the first time I was in their home. ticketsunlimited Posted December 6, 2004 #11 Share Posted December 6, 2004 I have not seen TAB in Maine for years. And it is definately "SODA" in Maine.
joannapvb Posted December 6, 2004 #12 Share Posted December 6, 2004 We flew into Bangor, ME in October on our way to Brooksville - stopped at grocery store and they had TAB in 12 packs and much cheaper than here - Joanna
jhp Posted December 8, 2004 #13 Share Posted December 8, 2004 Joanna, I have a friend who is also, as she says "addicted" to TAB, and she still finds it with effort. On Radisson, I have always found Coke products in my fridge. Since spleen says they offer Pepsi, I now know to request this. I find that my requests posted pre-cruise sometimes make it and sometimes don't. I'm pretty flexible on this issue, but I do buy DCF Pepsi at home, so nice to know! spleen93 Posted December 9, 2004 #14 Share Posted December 9, 2004 DCF Pepsi? Why not just drink brown carbonated water at that point? Just add a packet of Nutrasweet and voila! :D Just kidding, jhp. Just remember though that the more specific you go, the less likely that they'll have it available (e.g. my Pepsi One) Spleen
