What is HAL?

I have seen people refering to this and I don't have a clue.

New to this site and just am getting started.

My Partner (15 Years) will not go on Cruises and my friends are not going when I want to go. Anywhere in March or April.

 

I want to go, but will be traveling single. Can anyone tell me how to hook up with a gay roommate for future cruises. Is there a website or board where one can post?
