renting car after cruise to be returned in orlando

After our cruise next month we plan on renting a car close to the port and driving back to orlando for an additional 3 days at the nick family suites... How far from the cruise terminal are most of the car rental agents and will getting from the port to these places be possible?

Last cruise we had transfers to and from the ship.....

Port Canaveral? You didn't specify which port so I am going to assume PC.

 

Most rental car agencies are just a few moments from the port. When you walk off the ship, there will be shuttles to each one. Just jump on board the one you have reservations with.
