Glenn n Steven in SC Posted April 16, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 16, 2009 We're looking to redeem points for our hotel the night before our 5/27 cruise from Vancouver. Which of the aforementioned hotels is better, in terms of proximity to Canada Place, quality of accommodation and proximity to sights/shopping, etc? LeftcoastBC Posted April 16, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 16, 2009 These hotels are across the street from each other. Coin flip now that the Harbourside has buildings between it and the water.
Embracedbylife Posted April 16, 2009 #3 Share Posted April 16, 2009 We stayed at the Pinnacle and loved it. It is actually only a 5 minute walk to the pier and you can walk to downtown easily and the nice area on the otherside of the pier which is all cobblestone. You'll enjoy this hotel! Glenn n Steven in SC Posted April 16, 2009 Author #4 Share Posted April 16, 2009 Did I dream this, or is the Pinnacle a good bit taller (possibly better room view)?
inar Posted April 16, 2009 #5 Share Posted April 16, 2009 Definitely the Pinnacle. It is newer and nicer. It is taller than the Renaissance.
