Fred Olsen "Balmoral" info please

We are considering the Titanic Memorial cruise in 2012 for which they are already taking bookings and have already increased pricing. Any comment is appreciated, and specifically 8061 listed as a single OV but has a tiny balcony. How much better is an A over a J for regular OV?
