hoytarchery999 Posted April 19, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 19, 2009 on the cruise we were just on my dad got the cruise in review DVD and whenever he tries to play it, it freezes up on day 3 and wont go any further. does anyone know about how to get a new one or a refund for it. because its a good bit to loose because it was $29.99. They are also the ones to sell the cruise in review video/DVD I´ve had a problem with a VHS (ok it was many years ago) and they were great in solving the issue.
