tteettimes Posted April 20, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 20, 2009 Can we have bottles of ( pre ordered from Princess and pre paid ) liquor delivered to our stateroom for consumption?? I have searched the web-site and cannot find an explicit answer. we have done this on our Celebrity cruises albeit expensive. I have 2 cruises booked with Princess and this could be a deal breaker I'm not going to order a round of drinks from room service every 20 minutes I hope this is not the case because we want to so much cruise with Princess. Caribbean Sunsets Posted April 20, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 20, 2009 Yes, you can. From the Princess website... In-Stateroom Amenities The little extras you find in the best hotels — fresh fruit (by request), evening bed turn-down, chocolates on your pillow, complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body lotion — are provided in every stateroom. Waffle weave cloth bathrobes are available upon request from your stateroom steward for your comfort and convenience. For those of you who wish to enjoy a relaxing drink in the privacy of your stateroom, bottles of liquor and stateroom bar packages are available for purchase at non-duty-free prices through room service or from designated bar locations. You can also purchase from room service Scotch is from $17-$24 a bottle, Vodka is $17 -$20 a bottle. they also sell bourban, rum, gin for similar prices. Bottle size is 375ml. A soda package (any 6 cans (Coke, sprite soda water, tonic, ginger ale) for $11.
Rare NthernLgts Posted April 20, 2009 #5 Share Posted April 20, 2009 You usually can get by with bringing a bottle of your favorite hooch onboard as long as youre subtle about it and dont try to go overboard with it.
