What to do in Sapporo-Japan

Any ideas on what to do here in a couple of weeks time? :confused: We have booked Mount Usu and Lake Toya Princess tour. Has anyone done this tour?

Any comments, (of relevance ;)) would be welcome. :D

Am guessing that you are on the Diamond Princess,we did thr tour on the way out from Vancouver in Sept. It was a great tour! We went in the morning and in the afternoon went on the free shuttle into Muroran where the locals had all sorts of events for the cruisers.Nothing much to do in Sapporo and the only other place of intrest is the Ainu Village which is half way towards Sapporo. Stick around Muroran, the hospitality of the Locals weer just great, likewise in Kagoshima.

You are indeed right we are on the Beijing to Vancouver leg of the Diamond Princess. :D

I am pleased you enjoyed the tour. My idea was the same as yours and to do our own thing later on.
