Any suggestions on good tour operators, reefs, or other snorkel tips while in cozumel?

I'll second Zydeco's recommendation of Eagle Ray Divers. We went with them last October and will be going again this January. Great service, small group (just the five in my family) and very knowledgable. I haven't been with the other group mentioned so I can't comment.
