Black Watch dining

We are going on Black Watch in a weeks time. The last time on this ship we were in the Glentanar dining room and we assume we will be in the same this time. However, can anyone reserve a table in the Orchid Room or is this just for suite occupants?

I went on BW for first time earlier this month and had a table in the Orchid Room. Much quieter than the Glantanar.

 

I originally booked a standard outside cabin but was given the opportunity to upgrade to a junior suite very cheaply, so not sure if it is just made available for those in suites. However, given its small size, I am not sure it could seat everyone in the suites. Perhaps its just filled up depending on how early you booked. I booked in August.
