Sapphire Alaska menu request

We are sailing on the Sapphire and would like to see a copy of the menus for it's Alaska cruise. Also if anyone has the patters for this cruise would love to see those as well. I found some menus & patters online but they were either very old or hard to see. Thanks!

The Sapphire has brand new menus that were introduced only a month ago so if you see anything online, it'll probably be old and out of date. :( Someone posted a link to the new menus a couple of weeks ago and I'll try to find it. I just got off on Saturday and the new menus and food is terrific.
