Bon Voyage Experience

Seems to be some negetivity on the boards lately regarding customer service.

I just want to express my current experience with William at the Bon Voyage Dept.

Just ordered 2 tuxes from him and the experience was very fast and professional.

The only opportunity for improvement that I experienced is above Williams paygrade and that was their hours of operation from a west coast perspective.

I used the Bon Voyage Dept. to order Birthday decorations and various gifts for my husband upon arrival for our cruise and it was fantastic. Everything was handled professionally and my husband was very surprised. I personally was very happy with everything.

I am planning on using them to get decorations for my room to surprise my fiancee (wife at the time when we cruise). Also going to get wine and roses for the room for her.

Only 1 time out of 8 cruises has an order gotten messed up.

 

I ordered 6 drink coupon booklets but only received 1 at dinner that night. Fortunatly, my wife and I bring a manila folder on all our trips with reservation confirmation printouts and order confirmations print outs, along with a copy of our credit card statement for anything that was "pre-paid". Went to the pursers desk with all information and my issue was corrected the next day.
