I just want to express my current experience with William at the Bon Voyage Dept. Just ordered 2 tuxes from him and the experience was very fast and professional. The only opportunity for improvement that I experienced is above Williams paygrade and that was their hours of operation from a west coast perspective. I ordered 6 drink coupon booklets but only received 1 at dinner that night. Fortunatly, my wife and I bring a manila folder on all our trips with reservation confirmation printouts and order confirmations print outs, along with a copy of our credit card statement for anything that was "pre-paid".
