We arrived in Venice, P. Roma, about 3:00 today. Dropped off our rental car and headed across the street. From the P. Roma area, if you look at the big ACTV green kiosk, look to your right, down the steps and you see the Hellovenizia and VeniceConnected signs. Go there to pick up your passes. There is a special line just for VeniceConnected folks so it only takes a few minutes and you are on your way. The passes were activated at the time we picked them up so that's when your hours start. If you want a 12 hour pass for the day after you arrive, plan your pass pick up for the date you want to start using it. More later! Had a great time in Tuscany, by the way, go to our ship tomorrow night to start our cruise with another overnight here in Venice.

Can't wait to hear more! We leave on July 3rd (board) sail July 4th out of Venice for a 12-day Med. ending in Barcelona. We'll stay in Venice for 3 days prior and are interested in the 72-hour pass. Let me know how easy it is to use! Thanks!
