How to insert a roll call link into your signature

How to Post a Roll Call Link in your Signature.
This is ALMOST exactly how mine looks under the signature in my "profile".

PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE LEFT OFF A BRACKET AS THE FIRST CHARACTER AND A BRACKET AS THE LAST CHARACTER! IF I HAD INSERTED THEM, YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN MY ROLL CALL LINK. There should be a [ before the URL and a ] after the whole thing.

First, go to your roll call and once you're there, highlight and right click the address bar and choose 'cut'. Next, go to your profile and in the signature area, type [URL= then right click and choose 'paste'. Now scroll down to the end of your link and there should be a bracket like the one after all the numbers in my example above. (I don't remember if it comes up automatically or if I had to insert it.) After the bracket and without a space, type the name you want it to be, (mine is Roll call AOS 6/06/04 click here). After the name is typed in, type [/URL] Make sure you press submit at the bottom of your profile page to update your signature. You should be good to go. Hope I didn't confuse you. Karen

WHen editing a post you will see URL next to the smiley face. In the Title, type ANYTHING you want like "Click here". In the URL field, paste the link. Click OK and the process will insert the exact correct format.

Also, a fast way to "copy and paste" the link - do..

Hold ALT key and press D - that highlights the address field.
Now Hold Down the Control (CTRL) key and type "C" for Copy (CTRL-X = cut and CTRL-V = paste)...
