Easter departure (AOS 3/27/05) - can we expect any "holiday" activities?

As we're leaving San Juan on Easter Sunday, we'll certainly not have the type of Easter we (or our kids) are used to. If any of you have been on an RCCL sailing that departed on Easter, or otherwise have this info, I'd love to know what type of "celebration" of the Easter holiday (if any) might be done once on board. I just have no idea on this, and I'm particularly doubtful since we'll really have just a partial day. Anyone?
