Spa Services on Horizon?

Has anyone used the spa services on Horizon in the past few months?

 

Can you tell me if the massages are worth the cost? I realize that they will be much more than I can get a massage locally, but if they do GOOD massages, I don't mind paying a premium for being on a ship.

 

Also, would I have to book the massage as soon as I board the ship basically? Do the appointments fill up that fast or can I wait until the first day at sea?

 

What other spa services does Horizon offer? I've been on Mercury and Infinity, but since Horizon's spa is MUCH smaller, I've heard they have fewer services.
