Voyager class (Explorer) cabin question

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know exactly what the blank spot on the deck plan behind cabin 6527 is? We don't want any issue with clanking noise during the night from room service carts or the like. (We had this issue once before in a different cabin location on Mariner)

i don't have the deck plans in front of me, but none of the "service" or "storage" areas cause noise problems...It could be a space for the ship's workings (wires, pipes, vents...) or it could be a closet.

There are a couple of luggage storage spots for the last night...but that shouldn't bother you anytime except the last evening, if it even does then.

If you want to know exactly what it is why not call RCCL and ask a rep. I looked at the deck plan and my only thought is maybe a elevator or some kind of crew access.

This is not true. My children were in a cabin on Mariner, and right behind them was the area where the room service carts were stored. All throughout the night, whenever someone's room service was being delivered, my children where awakened by the sound of these carts banging together against the back of their cabin wall.
