This may be a stupid question, but here goes anyway! If you book on line, are you assigned at PVP? I'm wondering in case I need to be in contact with someone at Carnival without calling.

From what I read on here in the past, someone will contact you. If not call Carnival and they should have a PVP on file with your Booking.

Hi again wrighka. The answer is probably yes. You may already have a PVP. If you get e-mails look at them and see if your PVP's name is listed. If not, you might want to call 800-819-3902 (PVP line) and ask to be assigned a PVP. Once you establish who your PVP is you can always e-mail him/her, but honestly, it's always faster to talk to someone.

I booked our last Carnival cruise online and nobody ever called me nor was I assigned anybody.

 

I guess it all depends.

i havent heard about a PVP either.....i made one call but i have no idea who i talked to....they adjusted my price for me though.............

my pvp sucks. dont really want a pvp anymore, not from my experience. better off booking with a phone book and a dime.

our first 2 cruises, we booked online...no one ever contacted us. This 3rd cruise, we hit the "call me" button, and got a PVP, but I'm not impressed by him. When we book our November cruise, I'm going to try to get another one.
