terratrac Posted May 7, 2009 #1 Share Posted May 7, 2009 Maybe I shouldnt worry but I am. Elegant night. The only thing I have in my wardrobe right now is a pair of docker kaki color pants, button down dress shirt and a tie. Will this be good enough? or am I ganna have to rent? momofzeke Posted May 7, 2009 #2 Share Posted May 7, 2009 You will be perfectly fine in that outfit. Elegant night is not as formal as it used to be.

DaDivaMom Posted May 7, 2009 #5 Share Posted May 7, 2009 You will be fine unless getting all duded up is something you enjoy. If so pop on over to JC Penny. They sell ready made tuxes for under 200 bucks in standard sizes.
Duncarob Posted May 7, 2009 #6 Share Posted May 7, 2009 You will be fine, but I'd suggest maybe a Navy jacket to dress up those khakis a bit. Totally your option though. Carnival isn't as dressy as some of the other lines.

deepnite10 Posted May 7, 2009 #9 Share Posted May 7, 2009 i did nt realize till our last cruise out, how many still enjoy d wearing suit s and even tux s.. i alway s pack a couple pairs of docker s and a few collor d shirt s for main dining..the rest of time im usually in jean s or shorts.. so much do i dislike dressing up..that right after our evening meal we re head d back to cabin to change back into more leisurely wear..
