Sue L Posted May 9, 2009 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2009 No laundry. You can have them pressed for 1/2 the cost of cleaning. I t is not that much and you are not allowed to bring irons on board.
PhoenixCruiser Posted May 9, 2009 #3 Share Posted May 9, 2009 It's not expensive to send them to the laundry and they do a great job. If that's not in your budget try Downey Wrinkle Reducer. ###
teajak Posted May 9, 2009 #4 Share Posted May 9, 2009 I wash the shirts at home, fold them in the suitcase then send them to the laundry to be ironed. They look great and it is better than having them done at home and packing them. I haven't ironed a shirt in years. Only costs$3.00.

They look great and it is better than having them done at home and packing them. I haven't ironed a shirt in years. Only costs$3.00. Press only for a shirt should be $1.75, half the cost of dry cleaning. I pack our things in dry cleaner bags and the clothing doesn't need pressing. My husband presses his shirts far nicer than any dry cleaner at home or onboard a ship. I wish I could get him to iron my clothes ;)
cb at sea Posted May 9, 2009 #6 Share Posted May 9, 2009 Use the dry-cleaning bag packing method, and your things won't wrinkle!
