PB Tom - quick questions!

Tom - First of all, we can't wait to visit PB on 1/13/05. ;) Have question or two: How far and what price is a cab ride from the pier to PB? How much are buckets of beer? And - besides chillin' on PB all day, what is ONE other thing we need to see or do in the immediate area? Counting the days!

There are 3 piers in Cozumel, 2 about 5 miles from PB and one about 9 miles. Cab fares are $12-13 depending on the pier for up to 4 passengers. Not sure on the buckets of beer. Paradise is paradise, not much else in the "immediate" area. There's alot to do in town, just a $13 cab ride away if you decide to spend part of your day there.

We'll be there on 1/20, arriving on the Carnival Miracle.

 

Is the cab fare $12/each way? Just need to know what to budget.

Yes, the cab far quoted above is each way for up to four passengers.

 

2CoolBees: The unknown can be terrific fun in Cozumel! Wouldn't want to try it in Jamaica, though!

2CoolBees...buckets of Sol and/or XX Lager are just $12USD. (5 in a bucket).

Nothing much in the immediate area except for other beach clubs, but Dzul-Ha is a nice place to stop at and snorkel on the way here. It's about 3-4 miles north of us and about a mile south of Puerta maya and International piers. Have a great vacation!
