Snuba or Dolphin Swim?

Hi! I really wanted to go scuba diving, but i don't have a license, so I thought snuba would be the next closest thing. Has anyone done the Snuba Cayman or the Ultimate Stingray City Snuba with Carnival? Was it any good? Any other Snuba suggestions (they don't have to be with Carnival)

 

What about actually swimming with the doplhins? I don't know which one to do and I am looking for something EXCITING and fun! THANKS!! =)
