AM730, AM980 and AM1130 are all good bets with traffic reports (including border crossings) at least every 10 mins. AM730 is actually constant traffic during the day.

Thanks. I remember that 1130 used to get constant traffic, but that was 10 years ago when I lived in the NW. Didn't know if they still did that (or even had the same format).

You will also see overhead readographs giving wait time about 5 mins south of Bellingham, WA and again about half way between the Bellingham and the border on I5.
