Sergeant's Caye or Goff's Caye in Belize?

We have snorkeled at Goff's Caye in the past and will be returning to Belize again soon. We enjoyed Goff's and the snorkeling was good. Wondering if anyone has snorkeled at both Goff's and Sergeant's and how they compare? Is the snorkeling at Sergeant's Caye from the beach or the boat? Trying to decide whether to go back to Goff's or try something different this time.
