Priority Boarding Galveston

We just upgraded to a Jr. Suite on the Voyager Feb. 2010 sailing out of Galveston. Does Galveston offer priority boarding on Voyager and how is it different than standard boarding when not booking a Grand Suite or better?

This past Voyager season, the priority boarding was for Platinum, Diamond, and Diamond Plus members or those booked into a Grand Suite or above. Sorry, but Junior Suites did not have priority boarding.

With priority boarding, there was a separate line after security to see a check-in agent. After check in with an agent, you went to a waiting area where champagne was served.

Without priority boarding, after security and then check in with an agent you went to a different waiting area where cookies, lemonade and water were available.

I hope information will be helpful!
