FYI-NO more lighters or matches in your carryon's

Please don't make me stand in line behind you while TSA confiscates your lighters and searches you. You have been warned. LOL!!!

 

I can see it now for us smokers. The airport shops will now "rent" you a lighter for about $1.00, refundable only after you put up a $5.00 security deposit. Thank goodness, I can still get into the Airport clubs, where matches are plentiful.

 

Either I am going to quit flying (fat chance of that) or I am going to have to quit smoking or cut back considerably. Guess the latter is my best option, but oh, it is sooooo hard.

I saw that little tidbit of information scroll across the botton of the news channel yesterday and thought, "OH MY GOD, NOW I'M GOING TO HAVE TO REMEMBER TO PUT MATCHES IN MY CARRYON". I guess we'll survive and I guess you can start a fire or something with a butane lighter.
