TA Verses RCCL's CSR ????????????

I called a local TA and was talking to her about booking two cruises

with at least 16 people or more. I was told by the TA that if I booked

a group of 16, I would get a group rate and might get a better price. She

also told me that I would recieve a free cruise(voucher I guess) for one.

If this is true..... will I get the same if I book through a RCCL CSR?

Although I have never booked a group so I have no personal experience, I did recently read about http://www.groople.com/hotels/Default.aspx a website that specializes in group pricing. You might check it out to see if it gets not only you a free room, but cheaper prices for others.
