Jeep/Buggy Rental In Cozumel?

My wife and I want to do Cozumel on our own. Does anyone know of any good companies that rent Jeeps or Dune Buggies for the day?

I'm pretty sure you can't rent dune buggys as the company that owns them does tours with them.

 

You can rent jeeps from several rental agencies: I've used Avis with satisfactory results.

Just be aware that nearly all the rental jeeps in Cozumel have had their 4 wheel drive shift linkage disconnected, so even if you wanted to use the 4 wheel drive you wouldn't be able to do so. Best that you stay on the paved roads.
