strap cup holder for stroller on cruise

When we cruised with our almost 2 yr. old last year, we bought a cup holder that attaches to the stroller and has a strap, long enough for the child to reach it to their mouth, but short enough that when they drop their cup it does not hit the floor. It was very useful and sippy cups fit in it. I think I got it at Walmart or Toys R Us.

Or make your own for bottles, pacifiers, toys or sippy cups:

1. Get a rubber "o-ring" that fits around the neck of the bottle or sippy cup (they come in LOTS of sizes).

2. Get a shoelace and trim off ends and to appropriate length.

2. Fold one end over the o-ring and sew closed. Sew a similar loop on the other end and run the carabineer through it.

You can leave the o-ring off and just sew a loop at each end to thread toys or pacifiers on. The carabineer attaches to almost anything. We call them "bottle leashes" and sell them too.
