Absolutely--in about 10 minutes or less depending on how speedy you are.

As you leave the lovely brand new cruise terminal just turn left and walk up to Market Square ( the building in front of the Hilton). The easiest way is to enter Market Square and take the escalator up to the second level. Then follow your way through the pedway system until you come to a second escalator (the long one) to the City Hall area. At the top of the long escalator take the pedway immediately to your left. As you walk along the corridor you will see the large windows that overlook the pool area. Just continue down to the end of the corridor and the entrance will be on your left at the end. (Don't go down the stairs just before the entrance)
