In Copenhagen who does the Johann Christian Anderson Walk

I recall a thread about JC Anderson and a walking tour of Copenhagen. So far I cannot find it.

Does anyone know and how this was organized???

 

The two of us will be in Copenhagen and it seems like an interesting way to hear about the city.

Here is some information from Rick Steves' Scandanavia book regarding this tour. . .

 

Richard Karpen does the tours. You can find his schedule in Copenhagen This Week, Copenhagen Right Now or at www.copenhagenwalks.com.

 

There are three walks that leave from Copenhagen Right Now at 10:30, Mon - Sat that cost 75 kr. Each walk is about 1 mile.

 

Richard Karpen also gives tours of Rosenborg Castle at 13:30 Mon - Sat that leave from the castle ticket office.

 

The book says that reservations are not required.

It is actually Hans Christian Anderson. He is very good, humerous and conducts a nice walking tour of Copenhagen. We did one of his last year and really enjoyed it. He is not only funny and knows Copenhagen, but we found it interesting that he gets the local people involved by asking spontaneous questions of a couple pedestrians.
