Thanks to worldnavigator for the posting information about Adelphi. A few others we tried had already been booked solid, and the arrangements we tried to make through our London hotel (we're coming in a few days early) were outrageously priced. Adelphi got back to me in less than 12 hours, had availability and gave better pricing than the NCL transfer price we were quoted - and Adelphi will pick us up at our hotel (NCL would have made us go back to Heathrow, so even MORE cost). I'm sure he'll live up to your recommendation!:)
