"Train" in to town

When we were at Grand Turk a couple of years ago, there was a shuttle that looked like a little train (brightly painted cars, etc.) that ran from the cruise port to town. Does this still exist? Anyone know the frequency of operation? How about the fare?

We were there last week and we look for that train. and it was no longer there. Still lots of cabs

I suspected it may have been damaged or destroyed by the hurricane. Thanks for the information.
