any experience with beaches?

Recommended Posts

We went to PlatyGialos beach in May. We cabbed from the town and you can pre arrange a return time or have one called from one of the little tavenas that line the beach. (We had delicious snacks at a taverna there.) There are lounge chairs along the beach. The sand is more a fine gravel than soft sand. We found this to be the case with all the beaches and ended up investing in water shoes. There is also a bus but not sure what the schedule was like. We had 4 of us to share, so cab cost wasn't much more than the bus.

Paradise and Super Paradise beaches are more nude than than the others, but we found most beaches we went to had one or two topless sunbathers.
