Most will be able to -- there are some carriers (notably Nextel, which uses the Iden protocol) which may not be able to use the SeaLand facility. I know that Sprint works, and I think Verizon does, I remember some discussion about AT&T but forget how it came out.

 

Regarding CD's, Oceania also has a very extensive library available at the reception desk, I think it was over 600 titles.

If you were asking about playing music CDs on your suite's DVD player through the TV, there is no problem.

 

However, if you have any music recorded in a format such as MP3, it will not be recognized.

You can tell a person is getting old when they mix up the difference between CD's and DVD's. :rolleyes: Rickey 88's answer is more suitable to the OP's question.
