There are self serve machines that dispense coffee/decaf/hot chocolate....and hot water for the displayed tea bags....

 

Room service will either bring a pot of coffee or pot of hot water with tea bags depending on your order.....

No, not in the rooms and I do not believe they will allow you to bring one as it could be a fire hazard.

All those in-room coffee makers you see in hotels make positively awful coffee. You can order a carafe from room service, and that coffee is good!
