Trying to find private tours in Victoria, Canada

Taking a cruise next month. Has anyone found any private tour guides that are good to show me the most of Victoria while docked for the short time?

 

Well, I think I need to move to Victoria and offer some private tours of their area. I cannot believe I am having trouble finding a private car service.
