Stockholm and Copenhagen Ports

Hello! We are cruising the Baltic this summer. We will need to get from our hotel to the port in Stockholm and on our return, get from the boat to our hotel in Copenhagen. Could you tell me how difficult this will be, how much we can expect to pay and if taxis are readily available from the port in Copenhagen? We had heard that this could be difficult. We are traveling on Regent Voyager in case this makes any difference which ports are utilized. Thanks very much for your help.
