How do I find out if the $240 gets on my sail and sign card

I should be getting $240 onboard credit for my sailing next week. How do I check on that once I'm onboard?

My credit showed on my documents on line. Have you checked there yet for the update?

You can check with the Purser's Desk once onboard.

Depending on what ship you are on, you can check your folio account on the tv in your cabin.

Bring your receipt with you. It was on our receipt, but not showing on our S&S account. The purser's desk got this straightened out for us.

Manage bookings and click..

Modify booking and click

scroll down until you see your booking info

Promotion On board credit or booking charge/credit

Just a note, in case the OP booked thru a TA, this wouldnt work. Works only if you booked direct.

But, did you look at your edocs on page 6 (as I mentioned above)?? That wouldnt matter whom you booked with.
