Jeep/Snorkel excursion

I'm looking for some feedback on the jeep/snorkel excursion on Grand Cayman offered through RCI. My main questions are regarding snorkeling time and food. Approximately how much time did they give you for beach time and how was the food at the Beach Colony? I have to say. It doesn't look like the Beach Colony Resort is a top notch place. Maybe it's just the pictures???? Thanks for the info. :o

I wouldn't pay extra for the food at Beach Club Colony. We stayed there for a weekend a few years ago, and we weren't at all impressed with the food. The rooms were quite nice, but that doesn't really help much for your situation. :D The beach is nice, too, as it's right on Seven Mile and the beaches are all fantastic along that stretch.
