pryd Posted June 20, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 20, 2009 Just noticed that the January 24th sailings for Valor and Glory are identical, same day, same ports, both leaving from Miami. Has this ever happened before and what are the odds of them cancelling one?

Has this ever happened before and what are the odds of them cancelling one? In 2007 the Valor (my ship) and the Conquest had the same itinrary. We started taking bets as to which ship would be the first to arrive and depart each port.

Froufie Posted June 22, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 22, 2009 Sounds like a mass Carnival invastion :) Wonder what the demand will be for excursions? ....both carnival-sponsored and independent. I would think it made more sense to switch it up just a bit - maybe switch a couple of days/ports? Or even do the same itinerary forwards/backwards..... Or maybe there honestly is enuf demand for 2 ships going to the same places on the same dates? Wonder what other ships will be in port as well? May cause some tendering headaches in Belize and Grand Cayman!!!
