I see on the personalizer that Princess Cays has been removed and Nassau (12:00 to 5:00) is replacing it on 27 Jan 2005.

I see on the personalizer that Princess Cays has been removed and Nassau (12:00 to 5:00) is replacing it on 27 Jan 2005.

On the Sun's 1-8 sailing, nothing but another sea day replaces Princess Cays.

 

Wonder if they'll add Nassau to our itinerary at some point as well?

 

But I sure wish, if they do, that they give us a decent amount of time there ... a bit more than five hours. I don't know if Nassau is a tender port, but if it is, by the time you get there and back, there won't be much time to really do anything. :(

Just checked,our 1/28 Sun sailing still lists Princess Cays....

In all the times we've called on Nassau we have never tendered. The downtown is a quick and easy walk from the pier.

 

My wife, Hellen and I are on the Jan. 8 sailing of the Sun P. I called Princess today to see if they are still showing Sunday as a sea day. They are. I asked if Nassau would likely be substituted but the agent didn't have any information about a substitute port.

Nassau is not a tender port. The dock can accommodate several ships. Rarely have I seen any cruise ship stay longer here than about 6 hours.
