Problem with Denrus?

I have booked St Petersburg tour with Denrus for early next month......all confirmed as OK. Also booked evening entertainment 2 weeks ago and still waiting for confirmation. Every time I check on their website, I see that the order is "pending". I have tried emailing without any success, and cannot find a phone number. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, how did it sort itself out?

We were listed as pending until 30 days before each of our tours. That's when the money was taken out of our charge account. If you are within the 30 day mark you should send them an email.

This is a year old information, but we went with Denrus last year and were extremely happy with them. I highly recommend them.
